What RUNITTOGETHER is
RUNITTOGETHER is a platform where people find and organise group runs. We only facilitate contact and provide the technology. The runs themselves are organised and carried out by users on their own responsibility; we are not their organiser.
Minimum age
Use requires a minimum age of 18. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We only store this confirmation, no date of birth.
Conduct in the community
The community rules apply to everyone: be respectful and inclusive, meet at the meeting point, stay with the group, tell someone where you're running, and report problems via the report function. Violations can lead to account suspension.
Participation at your own risk
Running is a physical activity with risks. Participation in runs is at your own risk and your own responsibility for your health and safety. If in doubt, check with a doctor beforehand whether the activity is suitable for you. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damages arising in connection with a run; liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
Account and suspension
You are responsible for your account and the information you provide. We may remove content and suspend accounts if these terms or the community rules are violated.
Organizations and commercial use
Commercial or organizational use (clubs, brands, crews, stores, studios and similar) requires an organization account with its own organization profile. Anyone using the platform in this way should sign up as an organization or switch their existing account accordingly. For organizations, we reserve the right to introduce a paid plan in the future. If an organization operates under a private account, we may ask it to switch to an organization account.
Right of withdrawal
As RUNITTOGETHER is currently free, there is no paid contract and therefore no statutory right of withdrawal. Once paid offers are introduced, we will add a withdrawal policy.
Changes
We may adjust these terms, for example when features or legal requirements change. The current version is always available here.
